All products sold through this store are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered, we are unable to issue returns or exchanges.

Delivery Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your download — including a broken link, corrupted file, or delivery failure — contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@nicolekilday.com and we'll make it right. We want you to have full access to what you purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Files

If you receive files that are incomplete or don't match what was described in the product listing, reach out directly at hello@nicolekilday.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
