Shipping policy

All products sold through this store are digital downloads. There is nothing to ship.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your download link automatically. Your files are available for download immediately — no waiting, no shipping costs, no tracking numbers.

Download links are active for one year from the date of purchase. We strongly recommend saving your files to your own device or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) immediately after download so you always have access to them regardless of future store availability.

If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@nicolekilday.com and we'll get it sorted out quickly.
